Bought this to see if it would improve my frizzy, menopausal hair. Only used a third of it (first time user worried it'd make my hair too oily) but it worked a treat. My hair was so much softer than before and it smelled divine. Still some fluffiness, which I've had all my life, but none of the crispy ends and much shinier than before. Would definitely recommend if you want to treat your hair.
