Domestic Standard Shipping - £3.50
We ship domestic orders via Royal Mail 48 within 48 hours* of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Royal Mail advise that RM48 parcels typically take 48 hours to arrive, but can take longer. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within six working days of order placement. If you haven't received your goods after this period, please contact us and we will respond with an update within one working day and provide tracking information where applicable.
Domestic First Class Shipping - £4.50
Our warehouse opens Monday to Friday, and all orders aim to be dispatched within a 48 hour* timeframe. Royal Mail advise that First Class parcels typically take no more than 24 hours to arrive. However, during busy periods of the year, this may extend to up to 4 days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within six working days of order placement. If you haven't received your goods after this period, please contact us and we will respond with an update within one working day and provide tracking information where applicable.

EU Shipping - £12.00
We use Royal Mail's Air Mail service to ship all goods to the EU. Shipping timeframes to the EU are typically between 6-7 working days. Following the exit of the United Kingdom from the EU, customers from the EU may face additional import charges or duties prior to the receipt of your goods.
Non-EU Shipping - £15.00
We also use Royal Mail's Air Mail service to ship goods to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping timeframes for these four countries are 6-7 business days.
