Awful Customer Service

Placed an order with a 2-3 day delivery and had to chase an update after 5 days. I was told due to a sale there had been an infux of orders and backlog on dispatching. I then had to chase again and was told my item wasn't even in stock when ordered and they were waiting for stock.
I asked for the order to be cancelled as I needed the items sooner. My email along with 2 others were ignored and the items were dispatched 5 days later. When I recieved them I was told it would be to my expense to send them back even though I'd asked for the order to be cancelled well in advance
