Item not received 5 weeks after ordering. Emailed twice and was assured it would be delivered but was delayed due to supplier issue and that they had just opened a shop and it was difficult to predict stock levels. Told by Daisy it would be delivered in the next few days. At week 4 I asked for a refund which I was assured I would get but had to persue money back via the Bank as still not received. In the meantime, The Skin Hut continued to send out emails showing the items I requested as in stock. Won’t be usingThe Skin Hut again.
The wrong item was sent to me which The Skin Hut agreed was their picking error. The return was organised efficiently and they received my return within a couple of days. However, I have heard nothing since even though they received the return a week ago. No response to my request for an update. Unhappy customer.
I thought I would try this as I suffer with open pores and I've tried without fail to get rid of them. It's good that you can buy trial sizes on some products to see if you like them. I haven't been using this product long but when I used it on a cotton pad I could feel a slight tingle. I believe given time it will do the trick and help those pesky pores. I love this company's products, keep up the good work Medic8.
