Temporary Service Disruption Notice

Due to the impact of Storm Goretti, we are currently experiencing unavoidable delays across parts of our logistics network.

Inbound Deliveries

We are seeing delays to goods arriving at our warehouse as a result of disruption within national carrier networks. This includes delays with DPD, our primary inbound carrier, whose network has been affected by adverse weather conditions.

As a result, some stock replenishment may take longer than usual.

Outbound Customer Orders

Customers should also expect temporary delays to outbound shipments over the coming days. Deliveries handled by DPD and Royal Mail may take longer than standard delivery timeframes while carriers work through backlogs caused by the storm.
